Delivery

We currently offer the following delivery options, within the UK:

  • Standard delivery: £3.99 for UK delivery. 3-4 working days.
  • Express delivery: £6.99 for UK delivery. 1-2 working days.
  • Free Shipping over £60.00 wit Royal Mail 48 hours UK Mainland applies to one time purchase only.
  • To qualify for Free Shipping, you need to spend £60.00 minimum, any discounts you've added on must ensure £60.00 is the min threshold.
  • Orders are shipped Monday-Friday

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We will be launching international shipping soon. You can subscribe to our newsletter to stay up-to-date on our delivery options.

Processing

Once your order has been placed, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. You will receive an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched. For standard delivery orders, you can expect your purchase in 3-4 working days. For express delivery, you can expect your purchase in 1-2 working days*.

Please note that during promotional periods your order may take a little longer to arrive.

*Orders must be placed before 5pm for this to be applicable.

Returns

We’re sure you will love your purchase, but if you are not 100% happy for whatever reason, you can return any item within 14 days of purchase, provided the product(s) are returned complete, undamaged, unused, unopened and in the original packaging.

If you bought the product from one of our stockists please contact them directly.

Products given as a gift can only be returned by the original purchaser.

When returning goods which you brought using a discount or offer we adjust the refund accordingly.

How to Return

Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item. To return your order, please send an email to hello@anemosaroma.com quoting your order number, item(s) to return and reason for return and we will happily assist you.

You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been processed.

If you choose to return an item that is not damaged/faulty then unfortunately you will need to pay for the cost of postage as we are a small business. As we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, we advise you to wrap the products securely and provide proof of postage. How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?

You can return any item within 14 days of purchase, provided it is returned complete, undamaged, unused, unopened and in the original packaging.

What If I Received a Faulty Item?

If the goods you have received are damaged or faulty in any way, please notify us via email at hello@anemosaroma.com , explaining the issue and including photographic evidence if possible.

Please provide the order number and ensure you keep the original packaging.

We will then contact you to arrange for a refund or replacement.

How Long Will it Take to Process My Refund?

Once your returned products have been received and processed, your refund will be processed within 14 working days. We will notify you via email once this has been done.

Can I Exchange an Item??

At this time, we are not able to offer exchanges. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
